Order Policy

Main Points

  • Most orders are approved and processed within two business days.
  • Same day processing is available at customer's request (there is a $25 non-refundable charge for this service).
  • Our expediting service guarantees that shipment is in transit within 48 business hours. There is a $125 charge for this service.
  • Order delays are reported as quickly as possible via email.

Order Canceling

  • Special Order and Non-Stocking items can not be canceled. (It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if items are non-returnable before ordering)
  • Most customers may cancel an order with no penalty charge if cancelled before material is shipped. Most orders have portions that ship within 2-3 business days. In this case, the customer is responsible for all freight charges but will be refunded for the price of material.
  • Customers wishing to cancel their order will be charged a processing fee of 6% of the total sales price after the 72 hour period.

Inspection And Acceptance

Buyer must immediately describe on Bill of Lading any damage to any and all products upon delivery. Otherwise, Buyer shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted any and all products. Only if damage is noted on Bill of Lading, Buyer shall have seven days from the date Buyer receives any products to notify Seller, in writing, of any defects, nonconformance or rejection of such products. After such seven-day period, Buyer shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products, even if damaged and even if not previously accepted. Buyer hereby agrees that such seven-day period is a reasonable amount of time for such notification. After acceptance, Buyer shall have no right to reject the products for any reason or to revoke acceptance.
