Return Policy

Main Points

  • Return Authorization is only granted on full orders.
  • Our distributor must give prior approval before the return of the material.
  • All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All return orders are subject to distributor restocking fees (20% - 25%).
  • Material must remain in original undamaged packaging.

Non-returnable Items

  • All trim pieces.
  • Accessories (adhesive, underlayment, moldings and cleaning material).
  • Non-stocking items and special order items (It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if items are non-returnable before ordering).

Return Authorization Process

  • No returns allowed after 30 days.
  • Should you want to return your flooring products, we offer a full refund minus restocking fees and cost of shipping.
  • To start the return process, first log into your account. Under the support column, click on Contact Support and file a case with us as a Return Request Issue.
  • In the message field, provide the order number you would like Return Authorization for and any details about your return.
  • Please allow 24 hours for a claim representative to prepare your claim and contact you.
  • At this point we will provide you with further details regarding the return process.
