- Can I Check Availability?
Absolutely. Please submit an inquiry below and select the inquiry type "Availability Check" and provide the product details and quantity needed. We will check availability and a customer support representative will promptly reply back. You may also call 1-800-891-2623 to speak with a sales representative.
- How Much Is Shipping?
Our freight shipments start at $125 for business or terminal delivery and our residential delivery is an additional $65 charge. The 3 factors your shipping charges are based on are your location, the total order weight and whether you need business or residential delivery. You can find accurate shipping rates during the checkout process.
Note: There is a $99 shipping minimum charge for all orders. This charge is in addition to material costs.
- Do You Have An Order Minimum?
We do not have an order minimum but we do have a $99 minimum shipping charge in addition to material cost.
- When Can I Expect To Receive My Shipment?
On average customers receive their material within 10-14 days. For in-stock material the time frame could be sooner and for special order material there could be additional lead time. When orders are placed we send you a confirmation email within 3 business days giving you an estimated ship date.
- What Products Do You Sample?
We provide manufacturer direct field tile samples. At this time we do not provide hardwood samples and have limited access to laminate samples. Sample are easily ordered online from the product page by clicking the “Order sample” tab below the picture. If that tab is not available then we do not sample that product. We do not include decorative or trim pieces in our normal online sampling process. Please call to speak with a sales representative if you need to obtain decorative piece samples.
