Basics

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery
  • We can not guarantee the individual sample size being shipped
  • Samples should only be used to confirm shading and coloration
  • If you are trying to match pre-installed material please call and speak with a sales representative

 

  • We allow a maximum of two samples to be ordered of any one color
  • Gloss levels may vary between floor and wall tiles
  • Tracking is not always provided for sample orders
