We understand that a computer screen can not capture all the necessary details of a floor. Because of this, we have arranged a process that will provide you samples to nearly all of our products. There are two ways to order samples with SouthCypressFloors.com. The first is through our online ordering system and this process is described below in a tutorial. The second is calling our toll free number 1.800.891.2623 and ordering directly from one of our sales representatives. The only exceptions will be items that are not in stock at our distribution centers and/or discontinued.

Sample Ordering

You may order samples online or by phone. A shipping fee of $5 to $10 will be applied to each sample (please see sample for pricing). Samples of decorative pieces or trim are not available.

Step 1 - Locate the Product You Desire
Flooring Samples Simply search through the products using our top or side navigation. Drilldown to the desired product by manufacturer, series, size and color. You can also use our advanced searches to narrow your criteria.

Step 2 - Go To The Order Sample Tab
Flooring Samples Once you select the item, open the Order Sample tab. If no Order Sample tab option, then there are no samples available for that item.

Step 3 - Add Samples To Cart
Flooring Samples 1. Confirm in the Sample Details box that you have the correct manufacturer, series, and color.

2. We allow a maximum of two samples to be ordered of any one color, so select between one or two and click Add Samples To Cart.

After clicking, you will be redirected to your shopping cart.

Step 4 - Review Your Shopping Cart and Checkout
Flooring Samples Confirm the sample options are correct and that the quantity is either one or two. At any time you may access your shopping cart by clicking on the View Cart link located on the left side of the page in the shopping cart box. When you are ready to place your order, simply click Proceed To Checkout. Complete our registration and we will ship your order promptly.

Details About The Sample

The size of the samples sent are at the discretion of the manufacturer. Samples or swatches are to only be used to confirm shading and coloration. We encourage all customers to try and see these products in person whenever possible.

Review Shipping Details

Samples are generally shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground depending on the manufacturer. A shipping fee of $5 to $10 will be applied to each sample and one should allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.
