When Fawn decided she wanted a new look in her Arizona home, she went for it all! She painted over the beige walls and replaced every inch of her old carpet with a chiseled, porcelain tile!
Fawn used warm colors to transform her home. She used Fudge Bar for the walls and accented with Firebrick & Toasted Wheat. Navajo White was used for the ceiling, doors, and trim. (You will find a full list of products used at the bottom of the post.)
Painting And Construction
She chose Marazzi Archaeology tile for the unique look of the tumbled edges. She also loved the variety of colors in the tile that make it look just like stone.
Installing The Tile
We asked Fawn a few questions about her project to see what we could learn. Here’s what she had to share with us.
Dining Area After Install
How did you tackle your project? “I used a contractor for my renovation that performed 90% of the work, but I designed the space and choose the paint, furnishings, and tile.”
Kitchen After The Install
What was your design inspiration? “My inspiration comes from shopping, looking in magazines, and surfing the internet for trends that I like.”
Upstairs Loft After The Install
Lastly, do you have any tips or things learned through your project? “Shop around and shop till you drop! Ask a million questions and be polite; kindness and patience gets you everything.”
